We are extremely pleased with our daughter's progress in making our piano "sing" under Maria's guidance. Maria has been working with our daughter for almost ten years. Maria has an understanding and personable demeanor that resonates well with our daughter. My husband took lessons for many years, culminating in jazz piano lessons in college. He says our daughter is much better that he ever was at age 14. Maria can take most of that credit with her inspirational teaching method. I cannot endorse her more strongly if you'd like your child to move beyond casual piano play.

I am a retiree with an interest in playing chamber music as well as performing solo in amateur musical salons. Since beginning lessons with Maria a few years ago, my musical friends (and I!) have been amazed at the improvements she has brought about in my playing.

Maria corrected long standing technical problems which inhibited my playing and limited my ability to improve. Her primary objective, though, is always musical expression and beautiful playing, and I look forward to our lessons each week with delight and anticipation of the next step in our musical adventure.

Studying with Maria has brought my playing to a whole new level, and I feel privileged to work with her. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
